Terms & Conditions

Billing and Payments

Your subscription to the Service automatically renews each month/year until cancelled.

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring monthly subscription fee and any taxes or transaction fees to that payment method.

If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your account, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any price changes.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your Account Settings page and following the cancellation prompts, or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account access to all or part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Intellectual Property (IP) and License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for private and commercial use.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
